Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, please review our requirements:

• 7-Day Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer further assistance.

• Refund Method (Store Wallet): We do not offer cash/bank refunds. Approved returns will be issued as Wallet Balance (Store Credit) to be used for future purchases at Ninnique Designs.

• Shipping Costs: * The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.

  • Ninnique Designs will cover the shipping fee for the first time Buy. All subsequent shipping fees for the same order are the customer's responsibility.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
