We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, please review our requirements:

7-Day Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer further assistance.

Refund Method (Store Wallet): We do not offer cash/bank refunds. Approved returns will be issued as Wallet Balance (Store Credit) to be used for future purchases at Ninnique Designs.

Shipping Costs: * The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.

Ninnique Designs will cover the shipping fee for the first time Buy. All subsequent shipping fees for the same order are the customer's responsibility.
